Converts numbers into their Ukrainian cardinal text representation.
Part of the PetaMem Lingua number conversion suite.

SYNOPSIS

    use Lingua::Num2Word qw(cardinal);
    my $text = cardinal('uk', 42);

INSTALLATION

    shell> cpanm Lingua::UKR::Num2Word

    or install all available languages at once:

    shell> cpanm Task::Lingua::PetaMem

SUPPORTED RANGE

    Integers from 0 to 999,999,999.
